This oven is ideal for a retail pita operation producing 500 to 1000 pita per hour, depending upon product diameter. Its simple, easy to use and efficient. Alternate size ovens are available for larger production requirements
- Mini Pita Oven
- Gas fired burners, 3 infra red ceramic burners (17,100 btu per) along the top, 2 ribbon burners (7500 btu) below
- Standing pilot ignition
- Variable speed drive can be set from 0 to 300 seconds
- Steel plates approximately 8″ x 24”
- Overall oven length, approximately 6’ x 3’, base model
